I ordered this product based on the picture and part number and expected the same design that I already have except the one I have is threaded.
So you know, they changed the design of the protective key hole cover from hard plastic to rubber. Although this wouldn't seem like a big deal, it is.
When it was inserted into the bike rack hole I used it on, it would not allow me to turn the rubber end piece to cover the key hole. Heck, even with the hitch pin in my hand and not on the bike rack I could not rotate the cap. You have to slide it off to turn it, but this wasn't possible when inserted into the rack.
The old version is made to make a quarter turn and has small raised bumps on the cap that allow you to grip it and turn it with very little effort.
I returned this version and was able to find the old design with the hard plastic cap on another site and bought that. Very satisfied with my hitch pin now.
